Delete your account
Request deletion of a FACE AI account without reinstalling the app.
Send a request to FACE AI
Email sidneydjidji@yahoo.fr with the subject “FACE AI - Account deletion request”. Include the email address associated with the account and the platform you use, iPhone or Android, so we can identify the account concerned.
The link opens your email app. You choose the message and confirm sending it. This is a request for FACE AI to handle, not automatic deletion.
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Do not share a password, sign-in code or face photo.
In the app
If you still have access to FACE AI, see the data and account deletion controls in Profile. You can also use the contact address above if you cannot open the app.
These are separate actions
- Uninstalling the app does not request deletion of your server account and does not cancel a subscription.
- Clearing or resetting local data concerns information stored on the device. It does not replace a request to delete the server account.
- The account deletion request covers your FACE AI account and associated app data held by the service. It does not delete originals in your photo library or information held separately by your store.
- Revoking Apple or Google sign-in access is a separate action. It does not replace a request sent to FACE AI.
Cancel a subscription
If you have purchased a subscription, manage its cancellation in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your FACE AI account or the app does not cancel that subscription.
The reply to your request will explain the action taken and any additional information needed.
